Fast food is rarely
good, and good food is rarely fast! If you really want to make 2012 your best year ever... Start your year strong by committing

Part of any Champion's Peak Performance Improvement Plan would be to focus on performance oriented nutrition. To be a Peak
Performer on and off the mats, you need energy.
Fresh fruits, vegetables and good nutritious foods are like putting
high test fuel in a race car. Junk foods, snacks and most fast foods have the exact opposite effect.
Think of
yourself as a World Class MMA Athlete, you're your preparing for Victory in the arena of life. Everything you eat or drink
will have either a positive or a negative effect on your energy, ambition and your attitude. And, your end of the day, week
or month RESULTS!
Would a World Class Athlete be eating at McDonalds?
Nothing
against McDonalds or any other fast food place, but they are based more on convenience and low cost, they are not known for
their nutritional impact on the world. Most of the food they serve is highly processed and has very little nutritional value.
Not exactly what you feed a Champion that wants to keep getting better and better every year. Same applies for
TV dinners and most micro wave foods that are processed for a long shelf life and not for nutritional value.
If
it's convenient and quick, it's usually means it is highly processed and filled with things you can't even pronounce.
