no secret that when people want to learn self-defense skills, they turn to the martial arts. And for good reason—the
martial arts were created as a way for the average person to protect themselves and their loved ones against attack. However,

and facets of combat primarily stemming from Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate, (Gracie) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
and Muay Thai Kickboxing. All the while, continuing to research, develop, and share
the techniques, training methods, combative strategies, and concepts of the world’s most effective martial arts. With
the underlying theme being the ability to survive a real-life encounter, the school places a heavy premium on “functionality”
achieved not only through instruction in proper technique, but also through attribute development and fitness.
